Online Educational Ergonomic Employee Portal

Online web-based self-assessments and education system (“solution”) that will be the single point of initiation for employees seeking ergonomic online self-assessment and evaluations.
- Solution that is on-demand to individuals eligible to enroll in the County’s health plan (“Eligible Individual”) with access through the internal Maricopa County website and shall include a self-registration feature that restricts registration to this eligible group
- Solution shall provide personal recommendations for chair posture, periodic stretching, and other simple modifications to equipment and behaviors that the Eligible Individual can perform. The solution shall include:
• A simple user interface
• Employee-specific training shall be presented directly to users and incorporate:
◦Modern adult learning principles and practices to ensure efficient presentation of content;
◦engagement of students;
◦comprehension of content; in course knowledge checks;
◦ability of students to apply learning to workstation use;
◦post course and follow up validation mechanism(s).
◦Ability to update/refresh course materials, and to
◦customize some content to ensure conformance with messaging provided in our existing ergonomics policies.
◦General training and information about various ergonomic wellness topics, including, but not limited to proper desk set-up, ergonomic risk factors, proper work technique, personal health factors and behaviors and safe work practices
• Contractor’s training material and assessments shall have been developed in conjunction with certified ergonomists that are current with leading practices in the field.
• Contractor’s solution shall be proven and have been implemented at an equal or larger employer than Maricopa County’s fourteen thousand (14,000) employees.
