3. System must be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Guidelines to ensure accessibility. Suppliers shall detail what ADA compliant methodologies are utilized.
4. System must be hosted as a cloud-based system.
5. System must allow both computer and mobile device access. Suppliers may provide links to the sample mobile system.
6. System must allow appropriate OCC branding and logos to be integrated into the system.
7. System must have reporting features. Suppliers are required to provide three example reports generated by the system.
8. System can store data. Please indicate the minimum number of years system can store.
9. System allows users to export collected data from the system in CSV file format.
10. System has real time workflow automation capabilities.
11. System shall have various permission levels for user profiles including anonymous response capabilities for student users.
