The Vendor is required to provide Digital Unit Tracking Software and Equipment to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of service unit tracking across multiple programs.
- This initiative supports our commitment to streamlining participant engagement tracking and improving our reporting capabilities for key services, including:
• Digital Unit Tracking and Management System
o A secure, user-friendly software platform capable of electronically tracking units (meals and activities) through swipe or scan card technology.
o Compatibility with various programs, including:
1. Home Delivered Meals
2. Congregate Meals
3. Wellness and Activity Programs
o Real-time data capture and unit tracking for individual participants.
• Client Card Printing and Reordering
o Provision for the initial printing of client scan/swipe cards.
o On-demand reordering and replacement of cards as needed.
• Data Export and Integration
o Ability to export tracked data into Excel or other commonly used formats.
o Capability to integrate or migrate data into PeerPlace via the System for required state documentation and reporting.
