Production Services

The vendor required to provide production services, including but not limited to:
•    Provision of professional-grade audio, lighting, video, and special effects equipment of the same brand or equivalent quality as outlined in the center production inventory. 
•    Delivery, setup, operation, and strike of production equipment. 
•    Staffing of trained and certified personnel as needed to support events.
- Equipment provision
•    Acoustics and pk sound audio systems
•    Grandma3 lighting consoles
•    Robe and martin intelligent lighting fixtures
•    Nova-star led processors and 3.9mm led walls
•    Trussing, rigging motors, hazers, co₂ FX, and video servers
- Technical services
•    Equipment delivery, setup, and breakdown for arena, exhibit hall, ballroom, or amphitheater events. 
•    Operation of equipment by qualified staff when required.
- Staffing and operations
•    Provide experienced technicians and operators for audio, lighting, video, and rigging as requested. 
•    Proof of certifications (ETCP) entertainment technician certification program 
•    Manufacturer training) preferred for rigging and specialty staff. 
•    Ability to scale staffing for events ranging from small ballroom shows to full arena productions.
