The current website was built in early 2015 and was redesigned to a more dynamic homepage in 2020. The College wants to ensure all pages are mobile responsive and accessible, conforming to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. A full redesign should bring to life State Tech’s campus experience and award-winning hands-on labs. The new digital presence should mirror the outstanding experience a student receives on the physical campus. The College is also in need of better data analytics that explain in detail who visits the site, what digital communication led them there, how long they stayed, and at what point that person applied and later enrolled at State Tech. Today’s students expect to research programs, apply, and stay connected with the College from their phones. State Tech needs a digital experience that meets those expectations for both current and incoming students.
