The vendor required to provide performance review and assessment services for senior leaders including but not limited to;
1. 360° review services:
• Deliver confidential multi-rater feedback reviews for senior leaders (e.g., president, provost, vice-provosts. deans).
• Each review should draw on input from the leader, their direct reports, peers, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders such as faculty, staff, governance bodies, board members, or external partners.
• Surveys must be administered through a secure online platform and aligned with the university’s established leadership competency framework.
• Where appropriate, incorporate qualitative interviews or focus groups to deepen the assessment.
• Provide each leader with an individualized feedback report that highlights key strengths, areas for development, and patterns observed across respondent groups.
• Facilitate a one-on-one debrief session with the leader.
• Conclude the process by guiding the leader in developing a practical and targeted professional development plan informed by the feedback.
2. Reappointment (comprehensive) review services:
• Conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation to inform reappointment decisions, typically occurring every three to five years.
• This review should integrate quantitative survey results with qualitative evidence of leadership effectiveness, demonstrated accomplishments, and progress toward institutional priorities.
• Use a structured survey process that captures informed perspectives from internal and external stakeholders, including faculty committees, staff, students, alumni, and community partners.
• Supplement survey findings with targeted interviews or written assessments, such as contributions from governance committees or board self-evaluations to document achievements and assess future direction.
• The report should outline overall performance, identify strengths and gaps, and provide well-supported recommendations regarding reappointment.
