The Vendor is required to provide property management and maintenance services for 88 properties owned or leased by the authority consisting of apartments, condominiums and townhomes totaling 3,685 units.
- Rent collections, security deposits, pet deposits (if applicable) late payment of rent and associated penalties, non-payment of rent and court filing eviction process, rent rolls to include breakdown of tenant and subsidy payments.
- Provide to maintain a 98% occupancy rate, operate financially sound properties with positive cash flows, which are maintained in safe physical condition through an experienced, customer service focused property management and operations provider.

- Preparation of annual operating and capital needs budgets based on June 30 and December 31 year-end fiscal years, at least 120 days prior to the first day of the corresponding fiscal year.
