Janitorial Services

The Vendor is required to provide cleaning services provider include:
1. For City public safety center:
• Vacuum cleaners
• Floor cleaning machine
• Supplies needed to stock restrooms and break areas.
• Mops, brooms, buckets, cleaning rags, cleaning chemicals, garbage bags
2. For all other facilities:
• Consumable paper and chemical supplies will be provided by the city except for floor cleaning and sealing products. 3. Any contractor supplied equipment & cleaning supplies that are stored on city premises shall be accompanied by the appropriate safety data sheets (SDS) in a binder at each facility.
- Perform in a competent and careful manner the janitorial work and services (specified in Janitorial Services, below) that may be required to keep and continuously maintain all interior floors, passageways, and restrooms of all facilities, and all furniture, fixtures, light covers, window shadings and windows in common/corridor areas in a neat, clean and sanitary condition.
- Routine janitorial duties will be performed during the listed access hours for each Facility.
- Coordinate work schedule to comply with access, supervision and security requirements of the city.
- Made to provide adequate time and staff to perform all duties required.
- Allowed to perform large semi-annual and annual project services, such as floor stripping, finishing, buffing and carpet extraction overnight and/or weekends.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
