The Vendor is required to provide event cleaning and sanitation services for city-owned facilities and public events.
- Requirement:
1. Pre-event cleaning
• Restroom cleaning and sanitization
• Sweeping and debris removal
• Cleaning seating areas, walkways, and public spaces
• Wiping tables, rails, fixtures
• Emptying and relining trash receptacles
2. During event cleaning
• Continuous restroom monitoring (minimum every 30 minutes)
• Trash collection and liner replacement
• Spill response (within 10 minutes)
• Cleaning high-traffic areas
• Monitoring concessions and vendor areas
• Maintaining parking and exterior areas
3. Post-event cleaning
• Complete trash and debris removal
• Sweeping and sanitation of all areas
• Restroom cleaning and restocking
• Restoration to pre-event condition
- Equipment and supplies
• Cleaning chemicals and sanitation products
• Trash bags and liners
• Floor equipment (mops, brooms, vacuums)
• PPE for staff
- Quality control
• On-site supervisor required for large events
• Completion inspections required after each phase
• Deficiencies must be corrected immediately
• City reserves the right to inspect at any time
- Communication
• Contractor shall assign a project manager
• Must coordinate with city event staff before each event
• Must report:
o Damage
o Safety concerns
o Maintenance issues immediately.
