The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive solution that satisfies the requirement to develop and administer an annual electronic survey aligned with the needs of agency.
- This survey shall be designed to collect and analyze data pertaining to the current state of employee engagement.
- These recommendations should support initiatives in management development and training, with the objective of enhancing employee satisfaction, organizational productivity, and overall performance.
- Provide a comprehensive solution and process to conduct annual employee surveys, identify and analyze information gathered, identify areas related to agency training and development needs, and provide development solutions to enhance and improve workplace satisfaction.
- Objectives
• Ensure intuitive user interface, ease of use of navigation of the survey tool, and ease of use in creating/distributing/evaluating the survey and results.
• Meet a minimum employee participation rate of eighty percent (80%).
• Utilize survey results to help recognize managers who are positively engaging their staff, enhance management practices, propose resolution to problems that demotivate, and identify ways to improve employee commitment to agency mission.
• Promote the development of organizational teams through improving managers’ skills in areas that include communication, cooperation, and efficiency.
• Facilitate the personal and organizational development of agency managers utilizing survey results to increase accountability and identify leadership strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide coaching and training that provides managers with an overall analysis and explanation of the feedback results, identifying ways to overcome weaknesses, and develop strengths.
• Provide training, informational webinars, and other tools to assist with the development of managers’ skills.
• Provide group coaching to build teams and improve employee engagement.
• Provide for intuitive, flexible, and comprehensive reporting.
• Provide support services for proposed solutions to resolve problems, Services, or quality issues.
• Ensure any required system maintenance and coverage is maintained for the life of Contract.
• Ensure ownership and accessibility of all data, information and tools obtained during the Contract term resides with agency and is verified and affirmed by agency Bureau of Human Resources within thirty (30) calendar days of Contract end.
