The vendor required to provide executive search, faculty search, and cluster hire recruitment services under two distinct service categories:
•    Vendor of record (VOR) talent acquisition services
•    Cluster hire recruitment services
1. Vendor of record (VOR) – talent acquisition services
•    Dean-level and senior administrative positions
•    Tenure-track and teaching-stream faculty positions
•    Specialized, hard-to-fill academic roles
•    Professional or academic leadership appointments
2. Cluster hire recruitment services
•    Collaborative doctor of veterinary medicine program (CDVMP) - approximately nine (9) faculty positions (thunder bay campus) 
•    Downtown stem hub - approximately nine (9) faculty positions.
