- Radio advertisements: air timelines for each segment should run between 15 seconds and
30 seconds; seven to ten advertisements should be run a month.
- Social media advertisements: five to ten advertisements should be run a month; graphic display will be provided by the agency office to the awarded vendor which will have a recorded script.
- The amount of time advertisements will run on the air is determined on the needs of the targeted areas.
- The state guard has geographic areas across the state that department will want to target based on needs; for example, department may be targeting medical professionals in, chaplains in the valley, engineers in city, etc.
