The Vendor is required to provide marketing and public relations consultants or firms to support the agency and the technical assistance services that they provide to rural hospitals and clinics throughout state.
- Develop, implement, and manage facility specific (hospitals and/or clinics) marketing and communication strategies and content, including traditional and social media channels for rural healthcare facilities receiving technical assistance from agency.
- Potential services include: brand development and management, website design and development, social media management, content marketing, public relations, advertising campaigns, community outreach and educational programs, reputation management, crisis communication planning, market research and analysis, event planning and promotion, internal communication plans, graphic design services, video production, email marketing, health literacy programs, and training and education for communication and marketing techniques.
