Video Production Consultant Services

The vendor is required to provide Video Production Services for include:
• Reviewing, analyzing and providing feedback on proposals received in response to university video production RFP to maximize the value of any resulting contract.
• Providing advice on each proposal’s strength, weaknesses and any other pertinent proposal information.
• Analyzing and evaluating university use of its equipment, staffing, and setup for how each sporting event is produced. the consultant will advise university on ways to alleviate costs, while also maintaining minimum standards for production of the following sports:
o Football
o Men’s basketball
o Women’s basketball
o Volleyball
o Soccer
• Analyzing and evaluating university visibility of its athletic programs.
• The consultant will provide recommendations for university to maximize the visibility of its athletic programs.
• Analyzing and evaluating university opportunities for generating revenue.
• The consultant will advise and provide recommendations for university to maximize revenue opportunities in the county market and across the inland northwest across local television markets.
• This includes detailed analytics of viewership in the local markets and comparison to similar.
