Strategic Plan Services

The vendor is required to provide a strategic plan for improvements to the park, including conceptual designs, permitting requirements, program schedule and cost estimates for multiple separate projects so the town can budget and program for the final design and construction of the improvements.
- Consultant shall obtain the town's GIS information including 2020 topography, town utilities, property lines and aerial imagery. 
- Consultant shall prepare base mapping utilizing this information.
- Consultant shall prepare a strategic plan for improvements to the town. 
- Consultant shall develop and review the strategic plan with town staff.
- Town staff conducted a field visit early spring of 2025 to perform an initial condition assessment which identified several areas of concern.
- Budget: $250,000.
