• The pros and cons of a minimum of three (3) different client portal options, including vendors the department currently works with.
• A gap analysis.
• Implementation steps, costs, and timelines.
• Lessons learned from other states that have implemented client portals.
• MIS requirements, considerations, and recommendations.
• A communications plan.
- Creation of a shared calendar or other tool for the department to collaborate with and review what teams are working on.
- Recommendations of best practices based in human-centered design theory.
- Other items identified in the needs assessment as high priority to improve the WIC experience for local agencies and participants.
