The Vendor is required to provide for a range of services, including but not limited to: measurable and strategic communication planning and implementation, branded social media and digital marketing, brand management, public relations and community involvement, multimedia and audiovisual, emergency communications, emerging technologies and website management and redesign, customer service, general translation and interpreting services, preparation of audio/visual presentations, preparation of speeches and talking points, conduct customer surveys, database development and management, educational campaign development and implementation, project planning and coordination, elected officials briefing, and other services that may be related.
- Consultant services on an as-needed basis.
- Strategic Communications:
• Provide strategic direction for stakeholder engagement: public awareness campaigns, pop-up and promotional events, public meetings, and public hearings coordination, among other tactics
• Develop branded social media & digital marketing: best use of organic and paid social media strategies to increase stakeholder engagement and followers (i.e., to measure increase by x% per year), coordination of digital marketing platforms (i.e., Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, etc.)
• Establish brand positioning/Media relations efforts: proactive publicity, media pitching, speeches, on camera media training, leadership and brand positioning
• Coordinate and provide multimedia & audiovisual: broadcast quality video production, audiovisual equipment & coordination for in-person and virtual meetings, social media video reels/stories/posts
• Creative graphic design for all collaterals, trilingual communications.
- Emergency Communications:
• On-call availability to assist with incident assessment and emergency response
• Provide response plan preparation (statements, social media posts, etc.) and other media relation protocols during emergency
• Assist in handling press and media responses
• Provide post-emergency feedback and analysis to review the results of the plan’s execution
- Emerging Technologies & Website Upgrade:
• Have access to the latest emerging technologies to increase online public participation and engagement, evaluate media coverage (clippings) and brand management, to analyze comprehensive project sentiment analysis and data-driven insights.
• Have access to online public engagement tools to ensure all voices, regardless of demographics, location, or abilities, are heard on selected projects. (Examples: ZenCity, PublicInput, Social Pinpoint, Granicus, etc.)
• Have access to online media monitoring to gauge public sentiment of projects and overall brand management (Examples: Meltwater, Critical Mention, Brand24, BrandWatch, etc.)
• Utilize data analytics, public sentiment tracking, and engagement metrics to refine outreach approaches.
• Following branding guidelines from Central Office, upgrade www.SouthFLRoads.com, with a new Content Management System (CMS) website platform that is mobile-friendly and offers robust firewall security and compliance tools. (Examples: CivicPlus, Granicus, GovQA, Revize, etc.)
