The Vendor is required to provide for a marketing campaign to promote meaningful recycling educational content throughout the county for a two (2) year period that aims to increase recycling participation and reduce contamination.

• Design and development of campaign.
• Creation of new assets.

- Estimated reach of ad buys and overall campaign.
- Develop a cost-effective strategic marketing campaign to achieve the County’s objectives outlined above.
• Boosting existing content on various County social media accounts, including but not limited to
• “Cool DuPage” on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube.
• Researching the target audience to determine the most effective means of reaching and communicating recycling education.
• Designing and creating new assets.
• Assets may be physical and/or digital.
• A portion of the new assets shall be created in a format that can be used for free or no-cost local government communications, i.e., public service announcements.
• Utilizing the most effective channels to maximize reach to low-recycling communities, especially multilingual audiences within those areas.
• These may include, but not be limited to, social media advertisements, flyers, email marketing, streaming media, geofencing, etc.
• Measuring effectiveness of campaign and making adjustments accordingly to maximize reach.
