- Video production services in support of the broadcast live-aired city council meetings on the government cable access channel and on live stream.
- City to produce videos and vignettes on an on-call basis that are one to 10 minutes in duration.
- Contribute to all phases of video and audio production, including but not limited to concept design, scriptwriting, pre-production, post-production, and implementation.
- This includes mastering video and audio media for dissemination on various outlets such as the city’s website, social media, and the city’s government cable channel and city hall lobby closed circuit monitor system.
- Produce multimedia projects in support of the communications manager.
- Produce no fewer than 10 scripts, videos, and vignettes for the “mayor’s minute video series, which is intended to be a short one- to two-minute update from the mayor and other members of the city council on updates regarding community events, city projects, and other items of interest.
- Coordinate with the communications manager, senior management analyst, or other city staff to gather necessary information, including event details, project updates, and other content relevant to the scripts.
- Produce, edit, and run educational and informative videos and vignettes on the city’s government cable channel and city hall lobby closed circuit monitor system.
- Produce and edit one annual state of city video featuring footage from community events, meetings, projects, and accomplishments in city.
- The state of city is intended to run no more than 10 minutes in length.
- Produce and edit no fewer than five videos and vignettes in support of marketing campaigns designed to promote the city and the business community.
- These videos and vignettes would involve highlighting the general business climate, individual businesses, and promoting marketing campaigns and economic development initiatives managed by the city manager’s office.
- These video segments are intended to run two to three minutes each.
- Use drones to capture aerial footage as needed for any requested video or vignette.
- Produce and edit additional videos and vignettes as requested by the city.
- Provide high-quality professional photography services on an as-needed basis suitable for print, online publication, and city social media accounts.
- Images may include but are not limited to architecture, building exteriors and interiors, landscape and park space, profile photographs, programs and activities, community events, and the civic center.
- Develop collateral graphics, including brochures, fact sheets, social media and web motion graphics, infographics, maps, signs and banners.
