The Vendor is required to provide professional marketing agencies for the development and execution of an annual strategic marketing plan.
- A marketing agency to work collaboratively with in its efforts to attract and retain residents.
- The agency must have an experienced graphic designer, a marketing strategist, and a project manager who may develop and will deploy brand-building graphics, photography, video, and messaging in a year-round marketing plan.
- Advertising within that plan will be targeted, mostly digital, and hosted on platforms that keep the City highly visible, especially to prospective residents.
- Service include:
• Develop a year-round marketing plan for residential (and, to a lesser degree, commercial) attract-and-retain purposes that deploys a theme applied to effective, beautiful, and brand building advertising that your team designs alongside other marketing tools that target specific key audiences.
• Negotiate with media outlets for annual advertising campaigns.
• Create a calendar version of the marketing plan for department reference, showing which platforms will be used every month.
• Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns and report monthly to department on analytics.
• Be prepared to tweak campaigns based on ad performance.
• Be prepared to help the City respond to occasional unforeseen marketing needs with timely, limited marketing campaigns.
• Present results in a monthly status meetings, reporting on creative, metrics and actionable insights for all integrated marketing touch-points.
• Organize, in concert with department, a four-hour photo shoot to update photo files.
• Manage brand assets and City graphics standards when occasional updates are needed.
• Ensure that all digital assets produced under this contract meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
• Invoice department for the reimbursement of media placement costs as they are incurred; include with invoices copies of the advertisements along with evidence of your payment.
