1. Strategic communication
• Develop a relevant and timely strategic communications plan aligned with the agency mission and priorities.
• Create messaging and narratives to promote the agency programs, projects, and impact.
2. Media relations
• Build and maintain relationships with key local, regional, and national media outlets.
• Pitch and secure media placements.
• Develop and distribute press releases, media alerts, and media kits.
3. Public relations
• Execute public relations (pr) campaigns to elevate agency brand and public perception.
• Provide guidance and support for any crisis or sensitive information.
• Track and analyze media coverage, tone, and key message uptake.
4. Talking points and script writing
• Draft clear and compelling talking points and scripts for presentations, public appearances, and interviews.

1. Creative development and content production
• Develop content plans for projects or events including video, animation, graphics, digital ads, social media content, and educational materials.
• Tailor all creative to platform-specific best practices.
• Produce culturally and linguistically appropriate content.
• Adapt campaign messaging for various audience groups such as elected officials, community members, and stakeholders.
2. Design services
• Collaborate with the agency branding guidelines on document and social media designs.
• Conceptualize, design and deliver graphic design materials for social media and web graphics, newsletter templates, project visuals, and communication materials for offline and online events.

• Provide support on services for agency events and projects.
• Provide equipment, audio, editing, and collaborate with the agency on any additional formatting and file needs for sharing.
2. Photography
• Provide support on services for agency events and projects.
• Provide equipment, editing, and collaborate with the TBRPC on any additional formatting and file needs for sharing.
