The vendor is required to provide media relations work for current and future work related to the promotion and dissemination of regional and global health threats utilizing agency global burden of disease and related reference health forecasts.
1. Social-media
• Content creation and storytelling: develop posts, creative concept to unpack the research of the report in easy-to-understand language
• Social media campaign:
o Provide copy and visual assets based on the overall report and specific threats.
o Identify and provide introductions to an agreed-upon number of potential influencers that can help disseminate and amplify the content on their own social media platforms.
o Develop a social media kit to distribute among internal and external stakeholders (commissioners, organizations, high-influence individuals, influencers)
o Develop one or a series of short videos aimed at unpacking the report for social media.
o Develop a strategy to identify and engage with young influential voices across social media platforms that will elevate the commission’s findings at the time of the main event.
• Audience engagement: respond to comments and queries and encourage dialogue on platforms.
• Track trends and analytics: monitor engagement and provide impact reporting on a weekly basis that allows us to fine tune the campaign.
• Optimizing platforms: monitor engagement and increase visibility on platforms.
2. Events presenting commission’s findings
• Develop and execute a series of strategic, simultaneous global events -at least one of them in person- in which to disseminate the insights of the report.
• Create a list of potential invitees, including high-profile stakeholders and influencers.
• Plan and execute a previously agreed number of webinars or virtual events to present the commission’s findings.
3. Final reports
• Media relations and coverage: detailed analysis of media engagement, including secured coverage, reach, and key highlights.
• Content and social media performance: metrics on content dissemination, audience engagement, campaign reach, and the effectiveness of social media strategies.
• Stakeholder outreach and impact: evaluation of potential stakeholder interactions, partnerships formed, and the success of outreach efforts, including a summary of key events and their outcomes.
