The vendor is required to provide marketing advertising and communications in brand development and management; marketing and advertising; social media strategy, implementation and management; website design, development and maintenance; public relations; and market research.
1. Marketing and advertising
• Brand positioning and messaging.
• Concept development and design.
• Copywriting and editing (may include multilingual).
• Digital marketing, SEO strategy and optimization, interactive tool design and development (video, webinars, etc.).
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems structure and automation a plus.
• Creative strategy and design for collaterals, presentations, reports, advertising, displays, broadcast and promotional items.
• Video production, photography (aerial, drone, general), casting and talent, licensing and art buying.
• Media planning, buying and placement.
• Graphic design.
2. Public relations and communications
• Social media and blog strategies, design, scheduling, placement and management.
• Storytelling, press releases and press kits, fact sheets, projects and industry highlight to media and public.
• Generating interest to various activities, events and products of agency.
3. Event planning
• Organizing, scheduling, planning, publicizing and possibly staffing various events for employer sites and community organizations, dedication ceremonies, workshops, networking opportunities etc.
4. Website design and development
• Website refresh and enhancement strategies and implementation.
• Identify and implement content management strategies, including mobile devices.
• Ability to update content in civic plus.
• Ability to develop engagement features.
• Experience with interactive web functionality and features.
5. Market research and analysis
• Experience with conducting primary research, focus groups, survey development and analysis.
• Knowledge with GIS tools, customer segmentation and cluster analysis.
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting on analytics and performance resulting from advertising, website, social media platforms, campaigns and events.
6. Strategic planning
• Ability to identify and assess strengths and weaknesses, resources, and operations to develop and implement long term goals and strategies.
7. Account management and reporting
• Maintain internal procedures that ensure budget control, prompt billing and deliverables monitoring, tracking and reporting.
