• Optimize resource allocation: Ensure that resources are allocated in a way that maximizes efficiency and effectiveness and supports the provision of high-quality services in state.
• Deliver a successful strategic plan: Develop framework based on assessment and stakeholder feedback, draft and finalize a plan, and develop an implementation plan.
• Evaluate and Monitor: Develop outcome measures, change management plans, and a meaningful communication plan.
