The Vendor is required to provide a successful branding study will help instill a sense of pride and cohesion for the city center area, as well as create an achievable implementation plan for the city to follow.
- Able to develop a comprehensive branding and engagement campaign, for which the goal is to clarify and standardize the image of the city center as a visually appealing and consistent brand, reflective of the community it serves.
- The branding project shall provide a new, proposed brand that results in a successful written and visual identity that distinguishes the city center as a unique and vibrant district to be enjoyed by community members and visitors.
- All services shall be provided under the direction of the city manager.
- Services include:
• Regularly engage with community members with a focus on businesses and residents within the city center area, particularly along the 101 corridor.
• Engagements should include open houses, focus groups, surveys, and individual discussions.
• Strategically assess the city center’s current branding including, but not limited to, district name, logo, design aesthetics, colors and typography used in the district, signage and banners
• Create a new, clear branding identity for the city center which incorporates community engagement and community partner feedback.
• Deliverable shall include, but not be limited to, a brand style guide, visual identity package, and implementation plan
• Report on progress and activities throughout the term of the project, at least once per week
