The Vendor is required to provide extensive campaign and marketing services to reach county veterans who would benefit from services offered using media channels such as traditional (TV, radio, newspaper, outdoor) and digital, (social media, online displays, programmatic advertising) to maximize audience impact.
- Core Responsibilities Include:
• Audience research analysis: identifying target demographics and understanding media consumption habits, behaviors, and purchasing triggers to optimize ad placement and maximize impact.
• Formulating a media plan based on reaching county veterans: develop comprehensive media plans that align with marketing objectives, budgets, and competitive landscapes.
• Negotiating rates with each media property: negotiate rates with media vendors to secure optimal ad placements and rates, including potential value-added benefits beyond standard pricing. Building strong relationships with media outlets is crucial for securing the best deals.
• Cross-channel campaign orchestration: coordinating synchronized messaging across multiple media channels, such as traditional (TV, radio, print, outdoor) and digital (social media, online displays, programmatic advertising), to maximize audience impact.
• Campaign optimization: continuously monitoring campaign performance against KPIS (key performance indicators) like impressions, clicks, conversions, and costs.
• Making real-time adjustments to budgets, bids, creative, and targeting strategies to improve ROI (return on investment).
• Reporting and analysis: generating reports on campaign performance and delivering insightful analysis to county veteran’s services to demonstrate the effectiveness of media investments and inform future strategies.
• While this solicitation is issued by county veteran’s services, other county departments may utilize the awarded contract for their media buying needs if mutually agreed upon by the county and the awarded vendor.
