Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide as-needed comprehensive photography services for our printed materials, newsletters, event programs, annual reports, etc. 
- Photographers shall be responsible for taking photos of staff, residents, and activity participants for use in promotional materials (print/web) in support of public image enhancement as well as of events/activities in support of various communications (print/web).   
- Activities to be photographed will potentially include, but not be limited to, community events, theatre productions, concerts, athletic events, staff events and meetings as well as photographing still or staged shots of staff, commissioners, residents, buildings, staff and press publications, or any other planned shots as required.
- The ability to:
•    Work effectively with representatives of agency including participants, partners, and staff
•    Submit work in a timely fashion, according to deadlines required by staff
•    Photograph events taking place seven days a week, from early in the morning through evenings
•    Supply high-resolution digital photography
- Contractor shall be proficient in:
•    Photo editing
•    Taking still images
•    Customer Service
- Performing comparable photography services, demonstration of acceptable financial resources, and personnel staffing.
