The Vendor is required to provide turn-key billboard services.
- Areas of support from the Foundation for the District include:
• Ensuring learning readiness by giving students the tools, resources, and stability they need before and during their earliest years of school, resulting in higher achievement early on.
• Investing in teachers and staff by providing professional development, recognition, and resources allowing them to innovate and pilot new ideas.
• Accelerating student success through targeted programs and resources to help them reach their full potential through tutoring, mentoring, and intervention programs.
• Promoting student success by preparing them for college, careers, and life, through real-world opportunities and resources.
• Driving community collaboration by building bridges between schools, families, businesses, and nonprofits to maximize impact.
- The district’s share of the revenues from the billboards will support its primary goal to generate a sustainable revenue stream to support the foundation's educational mission and programs.
- Site analysis and a recommendation(s) of the most viable and high-impact location(s) for the digital billboard(s) on district property.
- All required zoning, entitlements, and permitting required to move forward with the project as well as all subsequent construction, electrical, and other required permits.
- Design of the digital billboard(s) to include dimensions and technical specifications appropriate to the location.
- Ongoing, proactive, maintenance and rapid-response repairs of the digital billboard(s).
- Advertising sales, scheduling, and content display with a percentage of screen time allocated for the district's exclusive use for announcements, student achievements, event promotion, and emergency alerts.
- Desired Outcomes:
• Billboard(s) generates a consistent, growing revenue stream for the foundation.
• Stable revenue that is predictable enough to support foundation programs long-term.
• Reliable, dedicated access by the district to billboard time for its own announcements, achievements, and emergency alerts.

• Billboard locations that maximize visibility and community impact.
• Billboards that operate reliably, with minimal downtime.
• Advertising content that reflects community standards and values, with clear safeguards against inappropriate messaging.
