Concert Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide for production services.
- Individual needs for each concert will have a determinant factor into the needs of deck audio and microphone packages, video surfaces, stage platforming, backline, etc.
- Staging and Support:
o    A structural and solid performance area with flexibility to meet specific stage sizing and height requirements.
o    All necessary railing, stairs, ramps, etc. to give access and provide safety to the stage area.
o    Additional staging areas for on stage monitor rigs.
o    Any needed structural elements for a FOH position.
o    All needed barricades or other means of access control for included areas.
- Audio Package:
o    A professional audio system that will be appropriately sized to the venue and provide full coverage to all seating areas.
o    Digital FOH console with all appropriate outboard gear, plugins, and interfaces.
o    Digital Monitor console and stage monitor package including individual monitors and side fills.
o    Ability to send audio to a dedicated ASL interpreter location (IEM or wedge)
o    Power distribution, cabling, and other considerations needed to support the installation and operation of the audio equipment.
- Lighting Package:
o    Appropriate FOH lighting to illuminate the artist consisting of stationary instruments, moving head fixtures, or follow spots or a combination of the three.
o    Appropriate overhead lighting to provide both visibility and spectacle for the show including moving head fixtures, stationary instruments, patterns, etc.
o    Appropriate Deck lighting to provide additional spectacle and visual appearance of the stage.
o    Digital lighting console and programmer familiar with the included instrumentation.
o    Power distribution, cabling, and other considerations needed to support the installation and operation of the lighting package.
- Video Package:
o    At least two video surfaces (either LED or projection) for the purpose of iMag.
o    Appropriate camera coverage for artist and concert iMag.
o    Ability to picture in picture a single camera for ASL interpretation.
o    All needed video switching and routing equipment, software, and operator.
o    Power distribution, cabling, and other considerations needed to support the installation and operation of the video package.
