Videography Services

The vendor is required to provide videography services as-needed basis.
- Equipment capable of producing professional-quality video content suitable for a variety of platforms.
- Includes cameras capable of full HD (1080p) recording, with 4k resolution preferred, along with interchangeable lenses or high-quality built-in lens systems and strong low-light performance.
- Professional microphones (shotgun, lavalier, or handheld) and external recording devices must be used as needed to ensure clear audio.
- On-site filming capabilities, vendors must demonstrate professional post-production resources, including editing software (adobe premiere pro, final cut pro, or equivalent), color correction and grading tools, and audio mixing capabilities. 
- Provided in multiple formats optimized for web, social, and broadcast use, with secure file transfer and reliable archival processes in place.
- Requirements
•    Flexible and capable of shooting different scenarios where elements such as lighting, setting, temperature, etc., are inconsistent. 
•    Be able to tell compelling stories, develop high-quality promotional content, and have experience capturing short—and long-format videos. 
•    Styles could include live action, talking heads, vlogs, interviews, animated, and text overlay. 
•    Subjects could include board members, executives, council members, council meetings, and small—and large-scale events. 
•    These videos will be used for social and digital media, traditional media, presentations, and other uses.
