Promotional Items

The Vendor is required to provide to serve as secondary providers of promotional and branded items.
- Support and supplement the university’s existing primary vendor relationship to ensure consistent, high-quality service for agency ongoing promotional and branding needs.
- Provide promotional items and related services to ensure consistent availability, timely order fulfillment, and competitive pricing.
- Engaged through a multiple-award contract to provide support when primary vendors cannot fulfill orders due to demand, supply shortages, or scheduling limitations.
- The services to be provided include, but are not limited to:
•    Product procurement and customization (imprinting, engraving, embroidery, and graphics).
•    Order fulfillment, storage, inventory management, and distribution.
•    Delivery of promotional merchandise in designated university colors, such as PMS 504 maroon and PMS 872 metallic gold, along with other approved color options.
- Order Selection and Purchases
•    Offer a wide range of brand-name promotional items.
•    Provide order forms and visual catalogs of university-approved standard items.
•    Supply samples upon request prior to order placement.
•    Place and track orders through manufacturers or distributors.
•    Provide imprinting, engraving, and embroidery services.
•    Provide signage solutions including vinyl, banners, magnetic, vehicle graphics, and full-color options.
•    Employ an in-house graphic designer capable of logo/artwork creation.
•    Provide warehouse storage at no additional charge.
•    Ensure all orders are fulfilled at the exact quantity ordered (no over/under shipments).
•    Only accept orders supported by official university-issued purchase orders.
•    Maintain or obtain a current CLC (collegiate licensing company) license and adhere to all guidelines.
