Event Crowd Control Services

The Vendor is required to provide licensed crowd management/event security company/Agency to provide crowd management /event security personnel for events at the on an as-needed basis throughout the year.
- Agency must provide everything necessary at the agency’s expense, including, but not limited to, all labor, prep work, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and the like required to perform and complete the required task.
- All work must be done per these specifications, according to all applicable and acceptable industry standards, of the highest quality workmanship commensurate with the required work and completed by the time required.
- The crowd management/event security services include but are not limited to meeting and greeting individuals at assigned posts, monitoring and responding to crowd management/event security issues, and performing the post orders and pass down duties.
- Agency must comply with and be fully responsible at all times for being up-to- date regarding all applicable legal requirements in accordance with the attached specifications.
- Once the master agreement is issued, the awarded vendor(s) must have adequate staff on any requested days including during the holidays.
- As requested by the city project manager (CPM), provide crowd management/event security duties, such as checking personal items (bags, strollers, etc.), wanding individuals & articles, coat check and any other crowd management/event security services for a particular event as needed. 
- Agency is responsible for providing wands and walk-through metal detector equipment as requested and/or as available.
- Flashlights, communication devices, and/or any other standard equipment that crowd management/event security personnel carriers will be provided by the crowd management/ event security company and included in the hourly cost.

- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
