The Vendor is required to provide for video and audio production and marketing strategy services to increase brand awareness, execute and deliver creative work, among.
- Brand research and measurement, copywriting, graphic design and motion graphics, media buying and consulting, as well as digital marketing and advertising services will be conducted through existing university.
- University’s world-class academic programs in an urban setting, including undergraduate and graduate degree programs in areas such as business, education, engineering and technology, human services and liberal arts.
- A vendor has the choice to bid on one of the two services or any combination, or all services which include: (1) Marketing strategy, (2) Video production.
- Marketing Strategy
• Provide direction and vision utilizing best practices and experience to guide marketing and brand campaigns, as well as brand and student recruitment initiatives.
• Work should optimize goals and aspirations of the university, including recruitment, retention, and reputation, by providing leadership in branding and influencing key target audiences with marketing, advertising and communication.
• Support may include:
o Strategy development - Provide strategic insight and data analysis on reaching target audiences for university advertising campaigns.
o Project management - Ongoing oversight of active campaigns ensuring deadlines and overall objectives are met.
o Strategy execution - Execute strategy through creative development, owned and paid media placement, and strategic alignment with university PR efforts.
- Services Included
• Creative brand strategies that are unique to university
• Achieve various marketing and brand objectives as set out for each project
• Establish methodologies to drive brand recognition and affinity, and drive action
• Utilize data analysis that uncovers key insights needed to solve problems, and provide creative solutions or recommendations
• Recommend and implement best practices for campaign initiatives
• Present and communicate ideas in ways that are clear and actionable to university team
• Track results to measure and improve outcomes
• Establish project management lead(s) and systems that efficiently use time and budget
- Video and Audio Production
• Shoot and produce engaging and highly produced turnkey videos and audio, including podcasts.
• Videos and podcasts will showcase the university, its various colleges and campuses, departments, institutes and initiatives.
• Videos may include the university’s annual public service announcement, additional university commercials, campus tour videos, event highlight videos, and others.
• Support includes:
o Travel required to university campuses, institutes, or Extension locations across the state for on-location casting, pre-production meetings and on-location shoots.
o Locations will be determined on a project basis.
o All support levels related to video creation may be needed and will be determined on a project basis: including storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, and casting.
