Custom Promotional Products Services

The vendor is required to provide custom promotional products services for include:
1. Product Customization and Design
•    provide customization of promotional products with the Ontario Police Department’s seal, brand colors, slogans, or other approved design elements. 
•    provide customized promotional product pricing in an Excel sheet via Plant Bids. 
•    provide digital mockups and proofs of all customized items for Ontario Police Department approval before production. 
•    Design and customization options may include, but are not limited to: screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, embossing, or full-color printing.
2. Product Categories
•    Apparel (t-shirts, caps, jackets)
•    Office supplies (notebooks, pens, folders)
•    Drinkware (mugs, water bottles, tumblers)
•    Bags (tote bags, backpacks, drawstring bags)
•    Tech accessories (USB drives, power banks, mousepads)
•    Event items (lanyards, badges, banners)
3. Quality and Compliance
•    All products must meet agreed quality standards and be free from defects. 
•    Materials used must comply with relevant safety, environmental, and labeling regulations in applicable jurisdictions. 
•    Supplier will ensure color fidelity and accuracy of printed seals according to brand guidelines.
