Strategic Planning Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide strategic planning consulting services from qualified vendors that can assist in the development of a new five-year strategic plan.
- Requirement:
•    Facilitate a visioning retreat with the district board of trustees and senior leadership team to establish institutional priorities and guiding principles. 
•    Support the senior leadership team’s review of the institutional mission, vision, and core values. 
•    Conduct an environmental scan that includes, but is not limited to, internal factors, labor market trends, peer institutional comparisons, legislative and regulatory considerations, and emerging technologies. 
•    Compile the results of the environmental scan into a summary report for college leadership. 
•    Coordinate and conduct interviews, focus groups, surveys, and workshops with key stakeholders, including the district board of trustees, senior leadership, faculty, staff, students, and community stakeholders, in collaboration with the college’s office of institutional planning and effectiveness. 
•    Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of stakeholder engagement activities and share the results with the office of institutional planning and effectiveness. 
•    Lead collaborative sessions with stakeholders to establish strategic goals, initiatives, and key performance indicators (KPIS), in collaboration with the college’s office of institutional planning and effectiveness. 
•    Draft a plan for presentation to a broad group of stakeholders for feedback and revisions as needed to facilitate buy-in and alignment.
•    Develop an implementation and assessment framework to guide execution of the strategic plan, including goals, activities, KPIS, timelines, roles and responsibilities, and resource allocation. 
•    This framework should account for ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the plan’s progress. 
•    Create a comprehensive communication plan to effectively disseminate the final strategic plan to all internal and external stakeholders.
