Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Planning Services

The Vendor is required to provide consultants or consulting firms to lead stakeholder engagement and strategic planning activities that will shape the governance, programming, facility use, and long-term sustainability of the center.
- Stakeholder Engagement
•    Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy inclusive of county’s advanced industry leaders (e.g., research, engineering and design, robotics integration, manufacturing, etc.), university leaders, community members, policymakers, and economic development interests and county entrepreneurs.
•    Facilitate listening sessions, focus groups, and structured interviews on the minimization of negative environmental impact as a result of economic and industrial development in county and how to attract green industry. 
•    Synthesize stakeholder input into actionable themes and priorities.
- Strategic Planning
•    Lead development of a governance framework for the center.
•    Propose programming models, including research collaborations, training programs, and community access initiatives.
•    Assess facility use and provide recommendations on space allocation.
•    Define success metrics and create a sustainability plan (financial and operational).
