Strategic Planning and Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide strategic planning professional or agency to lead the creation of a comprehensive five-year plan.
- Engagement required
•    Engage leadership, employees, parents, alumni, and the board through surveys, focus groups, and discovery session
•    Identify strategic priorities, challenges, and opportunities
•    Develop measurable goals and timelines aligned with the school’s mission
•    Deliver a complete strategic plan with priorities, strategies, objectives, and an evaluation framework.
- Includes the following:
•    Development of a plan to evaluate, validate, and help define the school’s discrete needs in the planning process.
•    Development of a relevant and strategic course of action to achieve the school’s long term planning needs.
•    Development of a work plan that includes measurable outcomes with timelines. 
•    Delivery of a written strategic planning document for the governor’s school to follow for the duration of the five-year term. 
•    The final strategic plan will include the following elements:
o    Identification of strategic issues
o    Statement of strategic direction
o    Prioritized strategic goals
o    Identification of strategies to accomplish goals
o    Articulation of measurable and time-bound objectives
o    An assessment plans.
