Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional photography services for Air District messaging, promotions, publications, and other projects.
- Air District Photography Services
•    In carrying out its mission to improve air quality, the air district frequently communicates with the public through public outreach programs such as its spare the air program, through the web, social media, and in print publications.
•    The Air District periodically relies on photographers to provide services for these efforts.
•    The ideal photographer will be readily available to document an incident within a few hours or within the same day following a request by the air district.
- Services Needed
•    Photography services on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to;
o    Candid and staged photographs of people engaged in outdoor recreational activities and transit-related activities,
o    Portraiture,
o    Landscape and cityscape photography within the air district’s nine-county jurisdiction,
o    Industry, refineries, and transportation photos within the air district’s nine-county jurisdiction,
o    Photographs of various types of pollution sources, and renewable energy sources, 
o    Photo documentation of air district funded projects and events, including board meetings, award ceremonies and other agency-sponsored events.
o    Drone photography.
•    Photo finishing and editing services.
•    Digital photo file delivery.
•    Work with other consultants and in-house staff on small- and large-scale projects relating to air district programs.
•    Grant rights to air district to use the photographs in all media for unlimited time.
•    Obtain release forms for subjects under the age of 18.
•    All photographs are for non-commercial use and must align with air district values and messaging.
•    Services must be provided at a level consistent with professional photography standards.
