The vendor is required to provide creative campaign, asset collection and media placement for destination marketing services for include:
- The company shall, in proving to be qualified for this project:
• Have an established record of designing creative destination content, ad campaigns and media plans, as well as implementing and managing those media plans
- The following:
• Unique and engaging creative destination content, such as but not limited to tv or radio shows, blogs and other opt-in user content.
• A cohesive ad campaign to complement the creative destination content to run from march through December, with seasonal variations (or “flights”) to capture the different experiences and travelers in the spring, summer, fall and winter and holiday seasons,
• A multi-platform and channel media plan to be reviewed and approved by the county, to include: print outlets, online banner ads, pre-roll, OTT and OTA video, social media, and OOH.
• Placement of the creative content and supporting media in the approved outlets from march 1 – December 31, 2026.
• The company shall be expected to direct place the ads.
• Identify video and photographic needs for the entirety of this contract and arrange and direct asset collection on location in county.
• No stock imagery shall be used for this campaign, and the company shall make every effort to use local models.
• Costs of asset collection will be included in the price of the contract.
