The vendor is required to provide local marketing support agency services for include:
1. Video production and video advertising, including short and long format videos:
• Developing a video from pre-production through post-production
• Pre- and post-production services
• Script development, refinement, and music selection
• Voiceover and automated dialogue replacement recording
• Reuse or repurpose previously acquired assets
• Creative direction of producers, actors and non-professional talent, to be contracted or employed by a contractor
• Placement and distribution as directed
2. Photography services
• Directing a photography shoot or shooting photography at events, meetings or any other
• Creative direction
• Editing photography as needed
3. Graphic design
• Designing infographics and explainer handouts
• Design and layout of reports
• Designing a suite of marketing materials for a program, project or event
• Printing and distribution as needed
• Any other graphic design as a directive by department
4. Print advertising:
• Manage copy and design development and refinements
5. Content creation for department digital channels which may include but is not limited to:
• Social media series
• Live social events coverage
• Web page content describing a program, media releases and news articles for a website,
• Copywriting for a report
• Designing infographics to summarize a report
• Copy and design development and refinements
6. Out-of-home (ooh) advertising (copy and design), including, but not limited to, traditional billboards, digital boards, and transit:
• Creative design and development for ooh
• Installation and removal as needed
7. Radio advertising, including script development:
• Develop or take department script concepts and carry them from concept through production to final Delivery of up to 50 – 60 ads per year
8. Digital advertising and web:
• Optimizing our current web content, including for SEO and usability purposes
• Digital advertising, including, but not limited to, display, landing pages, email templates, socials and multimedia.
