The vendor is required to provide airport advertising sales and support services to opportunity represents a strategic initiative to modernize and maximize one of the airport’s most vital non-aeronautical revenue streams.
1. Management agreement model
• Sell airport advertising to local, regional and international agencies and brands
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all advertising spaces at airport, including a clear record of available units and those sold or under contract.
• Provide at a minimum, monthly sales and statistical reporting to commercial team.
• Work closely with members of the authority’s commercial, business development and finance departments on ensuring seamless client service, and timely billing and collections.
• Work with advertisers to prepare advertising design concepts and submit them to the authority for review and approval prior to installation
• Support additional sales-related initiatives as reasonably requested by the authority’s chief commercial officer or business development manager
• Provide and maintain the necessary hardware, software, and technical support required to manage and display both static and digital advertising content, including content scheduling, playback, and monitoring
• Coordinate with qualified graphic design providers to produce advertising artwork as required for display at airport
• Support the authority with design and project planning services related to the upgrade or replacement of static and digital advertising assets
2. Full-service model
• Includes all of the responsibilities outlined in scenario 1, plus;
• Coordinate and manage all financial administration of the programmed, e.g., billing, collections
• Providing proof-of-performance materials (videos, photos) of client advertisements
• Responsible fully for the installation and removal of all advertising content (static and digital).
