The Vendor is required to provide a professionally designed, high-quality Advertising Program that uses various advertising mediums in an airport environment.
- The Authority owns all digital advertising assets and is responsible for replacing screens, monitors, media players, or ancillary support equipment.
- The current advertising asset mix is 51% static units and 49% digital units.
- On average, static displays generate approximately 59% of annual revenue, and digital displays generate approximately 41% of annual revenue.
- The amount of time dedicated to advertising per advertiser is a minimum of ten (10) seconds.
- Based on sold inventory, the current digital advertising loop length varies from thirty (30) to sixty (60) seconds.
- The Authority aims to right-size its current static Advertising Program while expanding its digital footprint through the addition of digital assets
- Any changes, additions, or deletions to the current advertising locations should foster visibility throughout the Assigned Areas and must be approved by the Director of Concessions or designee.
- The Authority's content management system software runs content, schedules, playlists, and provides proof of posting reports.
- Based on security and support, the Concessionaire cannot install their own media players currently. The Authority will provide a mutually agreed-upon number of media players needed to support the environment.
- The existing monitors and ancillary equipment are planned for a rolling five-year monitor replacement and ten-year Light-Emitting Diode (LED) replacement, or, as technology enhancements and budget dictate, at the Authority’s sole discretion.
- Concessionaire shall provide regular reporting and transparency on advertising sales, asset usage, system uptime, and customer feedback.
- Concessionaire shall submit monthly performance reports, including sales data by advertiser, ad type, location, duration, and revenue.
- Reports shall also include equipment uptime, repair response times, and guest satisfaction metrics, where applicable. - Provide adequate staffing levels to ensure the prompt repair or replacement of advertising graphics or equipment as follows:
• For digital displays, repairs or replacements must be initiated and completed within four (4) hours of notification, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) Days per week with a four‑hour resolution time for any issue, available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) Days a week;
• For static displays, repairs or replacements must be completed within eight (8) hours of notification, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) Days per week;
• In cases where a full solution (e.g., reprinting, fabrication, or hardware replacement) is required, installation must be completed within seventy-two (72) hours, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) Days per week;
• For emergencies, repairs must be initiated within two (2) hours of notification, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) Days per week, and resolved as quickly as reasonably possible.
- Provide a locally dedicated, high-level sales team with the ability and experience to solicit, market, and sell local, regional, national, and international advertising;
- Ensure all staff, including subcontractors, wear appropriate company/brand attire and display proper identification while working at the Airport.
