The Vendor is required to provide web-based media research, distribution and monitoring services available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with full training as needed and ongoing support, for at least six simultaneous users.
- Provide the in-house marketing & public relations team at this eminent comprehensive cancer center requires an effective media-services tool to support and enhance all aspects of media outreach and engagement.
- This tool must incorporate demonstrated ability to support: building and maintenance of effective distribution lists comprised of accurate, up-to-date contact information for and insights about local, national and international media outlets and journalists; creation, formatting and email distribution of press releases and communications to media influencers; monitoring and measurement of media coverage across a broad range of traditional (broadcast/print) and online/digital media, locally, nationally and worldwide; and generation of complete, well-presented reporting on the extent and impact of media engagement.
- Media Research/List Building
• Access to a robust, regularly updated and customizable database of journalists and media outlets to support effective targeting of county pitches/press releases to relevant local, regional, national, trade and general media across the country, as well as globally, searchable by a number of parameters (location, subject matter, outlet type, etc.)
• Ability to import custom media outlet and journalist contact lists
- Media Distribution
• Ability to easily create and distribute attractive, effective press releases and pitches to media comprised of text, images, links and/or multimedia
• Ability to track open/engagement rates from those distributions
- Media Monitoring/Reporting
• Ability to track, report and measure all relevant mentions of county and its programs/brands in traditional and digital media, including major media outlets as well as influential blogs, podcasts and newer platforms — on demand and through scheduled reports or coverage summaries
• Ability to easily and quickly create, customize and export media coverage reports with the following elements, at a minimum: total mentions, publicity value, geographic region, news outlets and share of voice
• Ability to share media coverage clips (traditional media) and links (online media) with team members and center leadership
• Meaningful, timely measurement and insights on the impact, value and share of voice from our media engagement efforts
- Account Support & Training
• Training and simultaneous access to platform for a minimum of six users
• Timely access to customer service support to troubleshoot issues and answer questions about platform
- Other Services
• 24/7 direct access to customer service support and response to troubleshoot and address issues
• Notice of any changes, updates, or modifications to bidder’s services, platform, or user interface including services that will be provided by a third party at least 30 days in advance
• Solution must support single sign-on (SSO) using industry-standard protocols.
