The vendor is required to provide support the implementation of the strategic communications plan for the office focused on continued enhanced engagement with stakeholders, improving digital presence, and fostering clarity around the office’s mission and services.
- Provide a real-time communication strategy responding to emerging immigration activities.
- Key objectives:
• Enhance understanding of the office’s role among stakeholders
• Promote long-term integration and retention of immigrant workers
• Expand digital and in-person outreach
• Retain continuity with the strategist who developed the original plan
• Access high-level comms support without overextending internal staff
• Flex support up/down month to month as needed without renegotiating the terms
• Coordinate cross-channel messaging and asset development efficiently
- Services include:
• Strategic messaging and oversight:
o Maintain office master messaging framework
o Update language for new initiatives or policy shifts
o Support framing for distinct stakeholder groups
• Communications material development & review
o Plan and co-develop priority communications assets from scratch, including one-pagers, toolkits, fact sheets, press releases, web copy, and slide decks
o Provide initial content drafting from framing support as needed
o Review/refine content developed by others and provide annotated feedback, rewrites, or templated formats

o Develop and maintain a rolling content calendar
o Review short-form copy (social, emails) and develop content briefs for longer materials (videos, pdfs)
o Coordinate content across website, newsletter, webinars, and social platforms.

o Develop messaging contributions for association “reigniting the country dream” platform
o Prep materials and talking points for October convening and beyond
o Optional: prep content for national dissemination (e.g., messaging toolkits, draft op-eds).
