- This engagement connects the entrepreneur with a subject matter expert (SME) who will assess the current sales approach, develop a customized sales strategy, and guide the entrepreneur through the implementation of a practical, measurable plan.
- The outcome should be an increase in the entrepreneur’s ability to generate leads, close sales, and build confidence in their sales process.
- Sales discovery and needs assessment (up to 2 hours per client)
• Conduct initial meeting to discuss the business model, current sales approach, and key challenges.
• Assess pain points, customer journey, and gaps in lead generation or conversion.
- Custom sales strategy and toolkit (up to 5 hours per client)
• Develop a simple, actionable sales strategy tailored to the entrepreneur’s product and target audience.
• Create tools such as scripts, templates, and sales funnel outlines.
- Guided implementation and roleplay (up to 3 hours per client)
• Facilitate practice sessions (sales pitch roleplays) and provide feedback on delivery, clarity, and closing skills.
• Entrepreneur applies strategy and reports back on outreach or sales efforts.
- Sales tracking system setup (up to 5 hours per client)
• Set up a basic CRM-lite system (e.g., google sheet or low-cost CRM) for tracking leads, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Train the entrepreneur on how to use the system to track metrics and sales progress.
- Office hours and ongoing support (optional)
• Provide access to scheduled office hours for Q&A, review of outreach efforts, and ongoing coaching.
