The Vendor is required to provide the board with creative design and advertising services.
- Create campaign materials, including, but not limited to, graphics, print ads, digital content (e.g., social media ads), radio scripts, and promotional materials, ensuring that all content.
- Audience Research & Insights
• Shall include community profile: demographics language needs, literacy level, gaps to access services, etc.
- Advertising Plan
• Shall outline the campaign strategy, objectives, target audiences, geographic focus, and key campaign messages.
• Shall include proposed media channels (out-of-home, audio, social, digital) with data-supported analysis demonstrating alignment with campaign objectives and target audience.
• Shall include a campaign calendar detailing phases and activities.
• Shall identify metrics and methods for evaluating campaign effectiveness.
- Media Inclusion Plan
• Shall identify priority populations based on campaign goals and demographic data and include advertising through ethnic and community-based media outlets, consistent with the requirements.
• Shall specify where, when, and how content will be distributed across selected outlets.
- Creative Designs
• Shall include draft and final designs for this campaign such as billboards, posters, transit shelters, digital banners, and social ads.
• Creative designs for social media and digital advertising shall be developed using widely accessible design software (e.g. Canva Pro) that is approved by Board’s to ensure staff can continue to use, edit, and repurpose campaign materials as needed.
• Shall include both English and Spanish versions as approved by Board’s, and available in American with Disabilities Act (ADA formats) when needed.
- Audio Advertising
• Shall include development of scripts and production of at least one (1) English and one (1) Spanish: 15-second audio spot.
• Final produced audio files shall be delivered in broadcast-quality formats.
• Schedule shall identify placement dates, times, and platforms.
- Social Media Advertising
• Shall include creative assets (e.g. copy, video spots, and graphics) tailored to specific platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube,
• TikTok, in English and Spanish.
• Content calendar shall include proposed posting and boosting schedules.
• Shall target audiences based on demographic and geographic data to maximize reach and engagement.
• Platform(s) shall provide performance reports including impressions, click through rates, engagement metrics, and other platform analytics.
- Print Materials
• Shall include billboards, posters and transit shelter ads.
• Shall coordinate with printers to confirm quality and delivery timelines.
- Budget: $435,000.00.
