Weighing Acceptance Processing and Marketing Services

The Vendor is required to provide recyclable materials weighing, acceptance, processing and marketing firms (proposers) licensed in the state to provide for the efficient weighing, acceptance, processing, and marketing of residential and commercial single stream recyclables in accordance with the provisions of this document.
- The sources of city program recyclables include residential curbside recycling, multifamily dwellings, and commercial customers.
- The Services to be performed under this contract will consist of acceptance, processing, and marketing of specified recyclables for the city.
- Responsible for MSW (garbage), Recyclables, and yard trash collection to residents within the city limits and offers commercial recycling service to some of its businesses, multifamily dwellings, and institutions.
- Recyclables are collected in 65-gallon carts, once per week, from approximately 50,908 residential customers.
