The vendor is required to provide marketing and advertising agencies with prior experience working with government, public safety, or similar organizations to submit proposals for professional services that will support the department’s recruitment initiatives
1. Brand and strategy
• Develop and refine messaging that reflects the department’s mission, vision, and values.
• Provide brand consistency across platforms and materials.
2. Recruitment campaigns
• Create targeted campaigns to attract qualified, diverse candidates for sworn positions.
• Utilize digital, social media, radio, and print platforms to reach diverse audiences.
• Advertising would occur twice a year during the registration window for the exam
3. Creative development
• Minimal graphic design, video production, and photography.
• Development of print and digital collateral (flyers, brochures, social media content, web assets).
4. Media planning and placement
• Develop and manage paid advertising strategies.
• Negotiate media buys across appropriate channels.
5. Social-media and digital support
• Provide guidance on social media strategies.
• Support content creation and engagement tracking.
