Storage Media Services

The vendor required to provide supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to supply storage media (magnetic tape and data cartridges) and the products.
- Provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any and all products covered by RSA 277-a, the “worker’s right to know act.”
- Shipping designee shall be responsible for removal of product from the carrier and placement on the state loading dock or receiving platform.
- Personnel shall not represent themselves as employees or agents of the state.
- State property, employees shall be subject to the control of the state, but under no circumstances shall such persons be deemed to be employees of the state.
- Ordering system
•    Web-based, inventory control capabilities 
•    Ability to interface with different point of sales systems 
•    Ability to use on multiple devices to include but not limited to tablets, iPhone 
•    Ability to include reference numbers 
•    Ability to provide a variety of reports including dashboard reporting 
•    Ability to edit, cancel orders, print orders, order tracking functionality, ability to split orders, and online help features.
