The Vendor is required to provide for supplemental marketing services for instances in which university existing marketing units are unable to meet demand.
- Departments will request Services on an as-needed basis.
- Services include but are not limited to:
• Graphic design
• Website
• Photography
• Commercial (radio, TV, and digital) production
• Social media outreach strategies and services
• Brand development adherent to the identity guidelines
• Strategic messaging strategy and communication plan development
• Public relations strategy development
• Template creation for print materials.
